Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Advisory Services

Corelatticehub Advisory Co., Ltd. provides specialized, high-touch professional programming consulting, distributed systems architecture reviews, and platform reliability audits. Our services require substantial upfront allocation of senior consultant hours, dedicated schedule reservations, and customized forensic analysis. Because advisory time and intellectual capital cannot be recovered once expended, refunds are governed by the structured milestone guidelines below.

2. Initial Commencement Deposits & Pre-Work Cancellation

Standard Statements of Work (SOW) require a commencement deposit (typically 40% of the total estimated engagement fee) upon contract execution to reserve senior consultant availability and initiate technical discovery:

• Cancellation Prior to Technical Ingestion (14+ Days Notice): If a Client cancels an engagement in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled project commencement date and before any architecture documentation or telemetry ingestion has occurred, the commencement deposit is 100% refundable, less a 5% administrative and banking processing fee.
• Cancellation within 7 to 13 Days of Commencement: If written cancellation is received between seven (7) and thirteen (13) days prior to the start date, 50% of the commencement deposit will be refunded, and the remaining 50% will be retained as a booking reservation fee.
• Cancellation with Less Than 7 Days Notice: If written notice is provided less than seven (7) calendar days before scheduled kickoff, the commencement deposit is non-refundable.

3. Work Already Started & Milestone Deliverables

Once project discovery has commenced (including initial telemetry ingestion, repository inspection, or architectural interview sessions):

• Completed Milestones: Fees paid for completed and delivered milestones (such as Stage 01 Topology Discovery or formal Delivery of the Architecture Vulnerability Dossier) are strictly non-refundable.
• Work-in-Progress (Mid-Milestone Cancellation): If a Client elects to terminate an active engagement prior to milestone completion, billing will be calculated on a pro-rata basis reflecting actual consultant hours expended up to the timestamp of written termination notice. Any remaining unexpended balance from prepaid deposits will be promptly remitted to the Client.

4. Workshop Rescheduling & Interview Adjustments

We recognize that critical production incidents or corporate priorities may necessitate schedule adjustments:

• Advance Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice): Collaborative technical workshops, flamegraph review sessions, and executive debrief presentations may be rescheduled up to two (2) times without penalty, provided written notice is submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
• Short-Notice Rescheduling / Unattended Sessions: Sessions rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice or unattended by client technical leads without prior notification may incur an administrative rescheduling fee of $450 USD to offset dedicated consultant time blocks.

5. Dispute Resolution on Deliverable Quality

If a Client reasonably believes that an audit deliverable does not materially conform to the technical specifications defined in the executed Statement of Work, the Client must notify Corelatticehub in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of deliverable receipt. Corelatticehub will review the feedback and provide an expedited revision or supplementary technical analysis within ten (10) business days at no additional fee.

6. Refund Processing Time & Method

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days following written agreement between the parties. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (typically corporate international wire transfer / SWIFT).
